The University of Santo Tomas Medical Alumni Association in America is an organization composed of medical alumni of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.

It was founded in 1987 by a group of pioneering Thomasian physicians as an umbrella organization that coordinates the different regional organizations in the United States and form one common body that will provide communications, channel support and coordinate activities with its alma mater, the University of Santo Tomas, especially the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery.
